Daniel began his real estate journey as a realtor and transitioned to a real estate investor. Focusing on value-add properties needing heavy repairs, Daniel and his team were able to successfully renovate over 20 houses!
Daniel received a bachelor's degree in Accounting at the
University of Florida and a masters in accounting at Florida Atlantic
University. With a deep understanding of numbers and financial
modeling, Daniel is proud of the fact that he has never lost money
on a real estate project.
